Secretary

 

The Secretary serves an integral role in the institutional history of SEWSA. The main duties of this role include maintaining the SEWSA archives, taking minutes at executive meeting, organizing all correspondence and documentation, and keeping executive board contact information updated. The secretary shall also serve in place of the President and Vice-President in all cases in which they are unable to attend. This is a two-year term.
